Boomerang is a 14-year-old, 12.3hh (50-inch) stout-made pony that looks like a small draft horse—he’s got plenty of bone, big feet, and the kind of build you don’t often find in ponies. He has a smooth little gait and a nice, slow lope, handling like a miniature cow horse that’s always willing and responsive. Boomerang isn’t spooky and is super gentle, making him the perfect forever partner for a little kid. Prior to coming to us, he was loved by the same family for many years, and that steady, kind nature shines through in everything he does. He’ll trail ride in the front, middle, or back of the group, go in the arena, or ride bareback or saddled—however his rider wants to enjoy him. He’s even been known to swim the pond for fun! The little boy who rides him here every Sunday—despite having his own big horse—absolutely adores him, and it’s easy to see why. Boomerang comes with all the guarantees and is up to date on teeth, shoes, and feet.
