Tobasco is a draft cross gelding. Half shire and half quarter horse his dad is a superior stallion with champion blood lines for showing and working his mom is a daughter of a world champion cutting horse by the name of SMART LITTLE LENA.
Tobasco is four years old and he stands 15 hands tall I have been riding him now for over a year off and he is super gentle and laid back. He is just a loving kind of horse he never meets a stranger. He wants to be your friend no matter where you're at from the field to the arena, he’s your buddy. He likes treats and getting groomed.
I have hitched Tobasco to my cart and wagon for months now. He has no problem handling it at all turning it, pulling it, or stopping it it’s like second nature to him.
Tobasco has the prettiest canter you will find in a horse. He catch’s his leads very easy and he will stay collected all along. Let me say it’s very smooth for a draft cross.
I have roped the dummy off of him a lot. He will track it good and he don’t mind taking a jerk from the dummy. He is strong to the horn for pulling and dragging things around.
I have shot guns off of him with no problems He’s making a cool shooting horse he will not duck of shy from the gun shot he will stay true and go right down the middle to give you that honest shot.
