Denver is a 11 year old paint Welch pony quarter horse cross gelding.
He stands 55 inches tall. 13.3 hands tall.
Denver is an all-around kind of guy. He is broke enough for the small kiddos to ride anywhere and the adults really can have a good time on him. 🤠Â
Denver rides really good in the woods and on the trails. He has no problem crossing water, logs , bridges and will go thru the marsh land and brush country with no problem. He is traffic safe for riding on the highway and in parades. Denver is not scared of wildlife or livestock if you were to come up on some while riding.
He has an easy one hand neck rein, an awesome stop and an easy back up. He will stay collected at all times. Denver catches his leads very well both ways.
I have roped the dummy off of him a lot. He’s got no problem crossing water, tracking the dummy, or taking a jerk. He is strong to the horn for pulling. I have used him to pen up cattle and sort calves in the catch penÂ
Denver is trained to pull a wagon or buggy. He will work in all positions single double or triple hitch on the roadside or the ditch side. He is always willing and ready for a day's work. Denver is up to date on coggins test, vaccinations, and deworming. He also has a current health exam.
If you’re looking for the perfect family horse that’s suitable for all levels of riders don’t miss Denver!
