HIP #13 JTHREE DEL RIO HAYES
I bought this horse a year ago to use working cows and replace my current aging horse. I don’t work enough cattle anymore to justify keeping her. She is gentle. Stands for farrier and stands still while mounting. She’s close to neck reining. She lopes and stops. She crosses over good. Side passes ok to the left. Needs more work to the right. She is still pretty green, but I would not be scared to take her on an all-day trail ride. She just needs more riding.

She's been trail ridden by the whole family - walks, trots, and lopes around nice and easy. On the pattern she just needs someone experienced to keep her going the right direction - an experienced youth could finish her out. Super gentle on the ground, stands for the farrier, bathes easy, and has great manners. ****Sired by Quick To Flare Up - a stakes w

He’s been used in the pasture to pen and catch cows, hauled to bull ridings, and used for hog hunting. He’s seen the lights, noise, dogs, and chaos and takes it all in stride. We’ve even dressed him up in Halloween costumes with kids hanging
