Blackie is approximately 11 years old, 52 inches, and will shed off to a beautiful shade of black. He is a fancy pony that a tiny rider can have fun on and a grown-up can ride! He is very broke. Can teach your little cowgirls and cowboys correct leads and the foundation of horsemanship. With previous owner he did ride English and jump but we only ride Western. He is gentle, no buck, no rear. He is not lazy or a dead head but he will not run off. He is good around dogs, atvs, and all farm activities. He has been ridden by a 7 year old at barrel races and rodeos at a trot and lope. He is perfect on trails and crosses water, traffic, etc. Blackie is being sold because the sisters that own him have advanced to big horses.
